Payment Policy

หน้านี้อธิบาย deposit, account balance, payment confirmation, fees, pending payment, duplicate payment และ dispute ใน SMM-PANEL.PRO

payment เพิ่ม balance ก่อน

ใน SMM-PANEL.PRO payment มักใช้เพื่อเติม balance ให้ account SMM Panel หลัง confirm แล้ว amount จะเข้า account balance และนำไปใช้ order ใน panel ได้

payment flow ทั่วไป

01 Choose Payment Method เปิด Add Funds แล้วเลือก option ที่ active
02 Complete Payment ทำตาม instructions และเก็บ reference หรือ transaction ID
03 Balance Updates หลัง confirm แล้ว deposit จะเข้า account balance
04 Place Orders ใช้ balance สั่ง order ตาม service rules

สถานะ payment ที่อาจเจอ

Confirmedpayment verified และ balance ถูกเพิ่มแล้ว
Pendingpayment ยังไม่ confirmed อาจเพราะ gateway หรือ network delay
Failedpayment ไม่ complete หรือถูก reject
Manual Reviewsupport หรือ payment provider อาจต้องตรวจ transaction
Fee / Rate Differencegateway fee, crypto fee หรือ exchange rate อาจกระทบ amount
Duplicate Paymentถ้าจ่ายซ้ำโดยไม่ตั้งใจ เปิด ticket พร้อม references ทั้งหมด

Balance-based use

deposit จะเข้า account balance ก่อน เมื่อใช้ balance สั่ง order แล้ว จะใช้ delivery, cancellation และ refund rules ของ order นั้น

Payment methods can change

methods อาจเปลี่ยนตาม country, gateway, provider availability, risk checks หรือ technical conditions ตัวเลือกจริงอยู่ใน Add Funds

Confirmation time

บาง payment confirm เร็ว บางรายการใช้เวลาหรือ manual review อย่าจ่ายซ้ำหลายครั้งโดยไม่เช็ก status

Fees and exchange rates

gateway, crypto network, currency conversion หรือ intermediary อาจมี fee/rate ที่อยู่นอก control ของ SMM-PANEL.PRO

Disputes and chargebacks

dispute, chargeback หรือ false claim อาจทำให้ account ถูก restrict ระหว่าง review

User responsibility

เลือก method และ amount ให้ถูก จ่ายผ่าน flow ของเว็บไซต์ เก็บ payment reference และเปิด ticket หาก deposit ไม่ขึ้นในเวลาที่เหมาะสม
