Delivery Policy

Delivery on SMM-PANEL.PRO depends on the selected service, target platform, submitted link, order quantity, service availability and the live service description inside the panel.

Delivery is service-based

A good smm panel does not treat every order as instant. Start time, speed, refill, limits and status behavior can be different for each service, so always read the active service notes before ordering.

How delivery usually moves

01 Order Submitted The system receives the selected service, quantity and link.
02 Service Starts The order waits for the service route to begin according to its start time.
03 Delivery Runs The quantity is processed based on service speed, platform conditions and provider capacity.
04 Status Updates The order may complete, cancel, become partial or need ticket review.

Why delivery may be delayed

Wrong linkThe submitted URL does not match the service requirements.
Private targetThe profile, post, channel or page is not publicly accessible.
Changed targetThe username, link, post or channel changes during processing.
Hidden countsThe platform hides public metrics needed for checking delivery.
Large quantityBigger orders may run in stages instead of all at once.
Platform limitsThe target platform may slow, filter or change visible metrics.
Service unavailableA service route can pause or become temporarily unavailable.
Duplicate ordersThe same link is ordered elsewhere at the same time.

What delivery statuses mean

1 PendingThe order is received and waiting to start.
2 ProcessingThe order is being prepared or routed.
3 In ProgressDelivery has started and may continue gradually.
4 PartialOnly part of the quantity could be delivered or counted.
5 CanceledThe order could not run or was stopped by the system/provider.
6 CompletedThe system counted the order as complete based on service logic.

Start time

Start time is an estimated beginning window, not a guaranteed deadline. It can change if the service is busy, the provider route is delayed or the target platform is unstable.

Speed

Speed is an approximate delivery pace. Some orders arrive gradually, especially large quantities or platform-sensitive services.

User responsibility

Keep the target link public, correct and unchanged while the order is processing. Do not delete the post, make the profile private or order the same link from multiple places.

No permanent metric guarantee

Delivery status does not guarantee that a social platform metric will remain forever. Platforms may remove, filter, recalculate or hide activity after delivery.
