A refill is a service-specific replacement process for eligible drops. It is not automatic for every order, and it is not the same as a refund.

Check eligibility before opening a refill request

On a smm panel, refill rules depend on the service you selected. Some services include refill for a fixed period, some do not include it, and some drops are caused by link or account changes that cannot be refilled.

Usually eligible for review

  • The service description includes refill
  • The order is completed
  • The drop happened inside the refill period
  • The target link is still public and unchanged
  • You can provide the exact Order ID

Usually not eligible

  • No refill was listed for that service
  • The refill period has expired
  • The profile, post or username changed
  • The link is private, deleted or unavailable
  • New overlapping orders changed the count

How to request a refill

Confirm the service rule

Open the original service description and check whether refill was included at the time of order.

Measure the drop

Compare the current count with the completed order result. Do not estimate from memory.

Keep the target stable

Do not change the link, username or privacy setting while the case is being checked.

Send the details

Open a ticket with Order ID, target link and a short explanation of the drop.
