1. Acceptance
Creating an account, adding balance, placing an order, using API access or opening a ticket means you accept these Terms and the related policy pages.
2. Account and security
You are responsible for your login details, email, password, API key and every action made from your account. Keep credentials private and report suspected access quickly.
3. Service details
Services may be updated, paused, removed, renamed, repriced or limited. The live service description inside the user panel is the active reference.
4. Order accuracy
You must submit the correct service, quantity and public link. Wrong links, private targets, hidden counts, deleted posts or changed usernames may prevent delivery and may not qualify for refund, refill or cancellation.
5. Processing and cancellation
Orders can move through Pending, Processing, In Progress, Partial, Canceled or Completed. Once an order starts or is sent to a provider/API route, cancellation is usually not possible unless the system allows it.
6. Refunds and balance credit
Approved refunds are usually returned as panel balance. Original payment refunds depend on the payment gateway, case review and the separate payment or refund policy.
7. Refill rules
Refill applies only when the selected service states refill coverage and the request is inside the allowed window. Refill may be refused if the target becomes private, removed, changed, duplicated elsewhere or outside the service rules.
8. Payments and disputes
Deposits become account balance after confirmation. Unauthorized disputes, chargebacks or payment claims may restrict the account while the case is reviewed.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, impersonation-based or platform-damaging activity. You are responsible for respecting applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
10. API, resellers and support
API users and resellers are responsible for their integrations, pricing, automation, API key security and customer promises. Support is handled through tickets with order ID, service, link and a clear explanation.
11. No affiliation and limitations
SMM-PANEL.PRO is not officially affiliated with social platforms. Social networks may change algorithms, remove activity or restrict accounts, so permanent results, revenue, ranking or account safety cannot be guaranteed.
12. Updates
These Terms may be updated when services, payments, technical routes or compliance requirements change. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the updated version.
