Payments add balance; orders spend balance
On a smm panel, payments and orders are separate steps. First you add balance with one of the available methods in your account, then you use that balance to place orders. The methods shown can depend on availability, account settings and payment route.
Payment options you may see
Account balance
Your added funds appear as balance and are used for orders inside the panel.
Online payment
If card or gateway payment is available, follow the checkout page and complete the confirmation steps.
Crypto deposit
For crypto, send the exact network and amount shown. Fees and network differences can affect the final credited value.
Manual review
Some payment issues need a reference, screenshot or transaction ID for support review.
How to add funds
Go to your account balance or add funds page and choose the method visible to you.
Confirm the amount, currency, network or gateway before you pay.
Follow the provider instructions and do not close the page until the payment path is finished.
Most payments appear automatically. If not, contact support with the transaction reference.
