Order Status Guide

Order Status Guide

Each status tells you where the order is in its path. Read the status first, then decide whether to wait, review the link or contact support.

Do not judge an order too early

On a smm panel, status changes matter more than assumptions. A slow order is not automatically a failed order, and a Partial order is not the same as a Canceled one. The safest habit is to read the current status before opening a ticket.

What each order status means

Pending

Your order is created and waiting in line or waiting for processing. Check the service start time before assuming there is a problem.

Processing

The system is handling the order details. This usually means the request is accepted and being prepared.

In Progress

Delivery has started or is currently moving. Do not change the link, privacy setting or username while it is running.

Completed

The order finished according to the current service flow. Review the result against the service description.

Partial

Only part of the requested quantity was delivered. The remaining part was not completed, and the system may return the undelivered balance depending on the setup.

Canceled

The order did not proceed or was stopped. Common reasons include wrong link type, target issues or service-side limitations.
