Політика Cancellation

Ця policy пояснює, коли order у SMM-PANEL.PRO може бути canceled, коли cancellation зазвичай неможлива і як request review, якщо order зроблено помилково.

Cancellation не guaranteed

Під час використання SMM-панель orders можуть швидко перейти в processing. Якщо order ще waiting і system/provider allows, cancellation may be possible; після start або provider/API route зазвичай stop неможливий.

Cancellation may be possible

Still PendingOrder ще не started і не sent to route.
Provider AllowsService route supports stopping order.
Service IssueService cannot process order і system cancels it.
Before ProcessingRequest reviewed before delivery begins.

Usually not possible

!ProcessingOrder already preparing або routing.
!In ProgressDelivery started і може continue gradually.
!Provider/API SentOrder already passed to external route.
!Changed LinkSubmitted target changed after ordering.
!Wrong Link StartedWrong link submitted, але processing already begun.
!Duplicate OrdersSame link ordered elsewhere at same time.

If you ordered incorrectly

Open ticket quickly, preferably before order starts.
Include Order ID, service name, submitted link і reason.
Do not delete or change target while review pending.
Do not submit repeated tickets for same order.
Review does not guarantee cancellation.

Status and cancellation meaning

1 PendingBest chance for review, але still not guaranteed.
2 ProcessingUsually difficult to cancel because routing may have started.
3 In ProgressUsually cannot be stopped because delivery has begun.
4 PartialOnly undelivered part may be credited if logic allows.
5 CanceledSystem/provider stopped order або could not process it.
6 CompletedCancellation normally not available after completion.

Wrong service, quantity або link

User відповідає за correct service, quantity і link. Якщо mistake caught early, support can review, але cancellation not guaranteed.

Partial cancellation or credit

Some cases do not cancel fully. If part delivered or counted, only remaining undelivered quantity may be eligible for credit.

Refund after cancellation

When cancellation approved, amount usually added back to account balance. Original payment refund depends on Refund Policy and Payment Policy.

How to request cancellation

Open ticket with Order ID, service name, submitted link, reason and screenshot/reference that helps review.

The sooner cancellation request is sent, better chance of review, but no cancellation guaranteed after order submitted.
